Great question. Per CDC in order to be considered fully vaccinated.. 1st shot, then 28 days until the 2nd, then 14 days after that. If you get shots right on schedule then there is a 42 day window from 1st jab till "fully vaccinated". And most adverse events occur in that window. This is all before boosters come into the mix. I have yet to see data that is taking this group into account. From my understanding they take this group out of the data or just call the partially vaccinated "unvaccinated".
