South Carolina nursing director Tammy McDonald pleads guilty to creating 2 fake vaccine cards

Tammy McDonald faces up to 35 years in prison.

Tammy McDonald who was the nursing director at a skilled nursing facility has pleaded guilty for creating two fake vaccine cards and lying to investigators. She faces 15 years in prison for each fake vaccine card and 5 years in prison for lying about it.

Here is the announcement that she has now pleaded guilty.

My understanding is she made the cards for people who worked at the nursing facility who were being forced to take the vaccine at risk of losing their jobs and they realized the vaccines could kill them.

The question you have to ask is why would anyone need a fake vaccine card if the vaccines are perfectly safe and effective?

Also, isn’t it interesting that less than 40% of the Florida Department of Public Health employees have been vaccinated with at least 2 doses? And only 13% received boosters.
