I don’t know if it’s a reliable link now that you point that out. But nobody needs more than 100 ng blood level whether it’s toxic or not. It’s certainly sufficient. I’m a senior citizen and I haven’t caught even a cold in the last 12 years since I stopped getting the flu shots.

It's a good point and I noticed they say Vitamin D3 2000-4000 *unless deficient and doses will need to be increased* .

Just because a vitamin is good doesn't mean more is always better - we have to do our research.

It’s also good to take in combo with K2. Dr Mercola sells B3K2 but it’s 5,000 IU so I am taking it every other day now instead of every day.
