None of us know the full story, all that has transpired between her & Steve, but from what he's shared, he's made a ton of assumptions.
Pilot Snow was injured about a YEAR ago. Many pilots are being GROUNDED for failing heart exams. Others are HIDING their injuries so they can keep flying/keep their jobs.
I don't care if she only started the job on 1st Jan! It's HER JOB to be on top of this!
