I, unfortunately, agree with Dr. Yeadon that the courts have been captured as well. And I also wonder if an argument could be made predicated on the basis that mandating these injections is in clear violation of UNESCO’s *legally binding* Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights. The only “vaccine” that’s been FDA approved is BioNTech’s COMIRNATY, which is not in circulation yet. Pfizer, Moderna, etc. are still only authorized for emergency use (EUA) and are thus in violation of UDBHR.
Is comirnaty still not in circulation? I just saw a review of 15 autopsies where it was listed along with pfizer, moderna, etc. Also saw some other doctor mention it's use. I very much thought it was approved but not yet in use. Only the pfizer eua vaccine is in use.
