I’m no longer planning to trust a single official statistic. In fact, if it’s official, it’s almost certainly untrustworthy. We’ve been systematically lied to for over two & it’s not stopped.
Yes, I'm skeptical. The CDC, FDA, WHO and the various committees different countries have set up to advise governments, have been wrong on almost every major call. The Infection Fatality Rate, mask mandates in adults, mask mandates in children, lockdowns, school closures, needing 90% of the population vaccinated to get herd immunity, saying the vaccine protects you better than getting and recovering from the disease, the vaccine preventing transmission, the virus originating from zoonotic spillover, etc. you know them, Mike, better than anyone. Someone asked me on the interrnet in April of 2020, "Why should we believe you over the CDC?". I answered, "Because they've been wrong about everything and I've been right." By then, I had already made a post about how the virus had to have been created in a lab, calculated the correct IFR (they had it about 40x too high at 4%), figured out that lockdowns could not work (I did this in March before they were instituted and wrote 2 FOX and 2 CNN hosts on March 17 asking them to let me explain why)- no answer to my emails-, explained why masks wouldn't work and corrected the experts on a few other small things.
Thank heavens for that! You were clearly alert very early either to the potential for fraud, either perhaps because you had seen incompetence (or worse) at these three letter agencies, or alternatively, you’d detected inconsistencies in the official information.
I was alerted on the latter, when the projections from Imperial college were published & the chief medical officer & chief scientific advisor to the U.K. government started adopting downright weird positivism on the characteristics of the alleged event in Wuhan.
Thank you for that, Mike. But you were equally correct and your presentations were more impactful to a broader audience. My videos were full of mathematics and too long- graph after graph to prove my points and I lost viewers. I felt I had to prove everything I said so they wouldn't take down my videos (which they did anyway even though not a single thing was incorrect). I had a bad experience with Facebook taking down, inside of an hour, a post I did on February 22 , 2020 proving the virus came from a lab. I used reasoning I was taught as a physics major when studying thermodynamics. I explained it again on my substack and in my discussions with Dr. Bhattacharya. Those discussions have been shadowbanned so severely that for Part 2, I got less than 300 views in two weeks when Dr. Bhattacharya typically gets 500,000 or more when journalists interview him. We have vowed to hash out every topic and freely disagree in a spirit of helpfulness for the audience and it's been extremely enjoyable for both of us so far. At 6 hours in, we are less than half way there. I have an idea that I think both of us would enjoy (you and me, Mike) but I think we should discuss it privately. Please email me if you would like to hear my idea.. Either way, I think I speak for all of us here and around the world when I say that your courage and brilliance has been an inspiration.
OK thank you very much, Mike. I'll be extra careful with what I find.
You sound sceptical, perhaps?

Skeptical? Yes, I'm skeptical.

Thank you for having interceded early.
