There's no authority delegated in the Constitution for the federal government to do Medicare, Medicaid, FAA, CDC, etc. The Bill of Rights ensure that we are a free people. The courts eventually confirmed this, mostly. How they justified the mandates for hospital workers and military members, etc. is beyond me. Or, how an employer could mandate them as the vaccines were clearly not a requirement of any position. What is needed is an amendment banning the government from awarding lebal liability immunity to anyone (including corporations) for any reason.
