They provide nitric oxide. One of the best benefits is vasodilation, flexible. Too much beet consumption can fill you with graphene oxide nanoparticles.
People have no idea how much it actually costs to bring a product to market - especially in limited quantities. They make the mistake of comparing that cost of something like Tally Balm which is very likely to be of exceptional quality - to the extraordinarily mass produced brands from big pharma and big anything else, who can afford to sell a usually crappy product for what you think it should be sold for... Sorry, it's apples and oranges here - actually, not even.... If Erin gets traction and is able to build a brand, Johnson and Johnson will buy it; massively cut costs, make it low quality and not really worth purchasing, and voila - you'll have your $14.99 price point.
I have a feeling you are missing my point. I can put some tallow in a jar for free and store it in the fridge. Guaranteed non rancid. Guaranteed non factory processed. Selling expensive tallow seems to me like selling blue-colored vinegar in a spray bottle to ... er, folks who haven't got a clue and pay for it through the nose. :-)
Very interesting we will see what happens here in New Zealand
Alternate sources of beef tallow

Beets are good for you, too!
Beets are a good source of iron, nitric oxide, betaine, fiber, potassium...and other nutrients. They are one of my favorite vegetables.
Love you.
We're on the same team!

A tiny jar of beef tallow for 39 bucks. C'mon Steve. This is how we alternative people get a bad rap.
Do you know what she has gone through and how much she has fought for us despite it?
Yes. I wish her well.
But my criticism stands.
