Instructions on using Riverside.fm to join my live studio audience
I'm using Riverside.fm to provide a more interactive user experience. You can now join my interview studio audience where you can chat with me, and actually join the call. How cool is that?
I’m switching to Riverside.fm to record my interviews from now on.
You can watch it live, chat with me while we are live, and you can even “call in” and be part of the video call. How cool is that?
And they won’t censor your livestream like some other platforms.
Click here to join the call:
Join Steve Kirsch Substack Studio Audience
Options
Riverside.fm mobile app: watch live only. No chat or live call-in features.
Desktop web browser: you can chat with me while the interview is live and you can also hit the “call in” button and join my live interview with video and be part of the final recording.
Clearly the desktop web browser is the way to go!
Times to call into the studio
Interview times for my guests will be announced in advance in my Substack articles and also posted here (if I remember).
Upcoming interviews
Marsha Gee: Tues, May 31, 12pm PST
Hi Steve – I hope you don’t mind some well-meaning constructive feedback:
1. First, it appears there are only two ways to connect to this interview: A) via desktop browser; or B) via their app. I don’t own a desktop or laptop computer, so I always watch your videos/interviews on my iOS device. Their app appears to be very poorly rated and many of the comments indicate that the app just plain doesn’t work. I guess I’ll find out tomorrow. If their app doesn’t work, then there is no back up plan for me, as the iOS browser is not compatible.
2. You mentioned that your goal is to expand options for your audience, but in this case it really cuts down on my options. Perhaps I am the outlier and there are more people that have desktop or laptop computers? There is no indication on if there is a playback mode if we are unable to watch live. YouTube has its inherent drawbacks, but Rumble is extremely easy to watch live or stream later. It’s nice that this new platform allows people to participate in real time, but the iOS app doesn’t even indicate how to log in to The interview at the designated time. It mentions a QR code…???
I feel like my hotmail email account is being hacked.
Today I shared your survey article with a friend and my cousin, whose cousin on her father’s side had two strokes after the booster and is soon to be in a nursing home at age 53. They think the vaccine injuries are fake news. 😳
As soon as I sent the emails, my emails started coming in blank with the same image, regardless of who they were from. This happened to me last week as well. Strange times we are living in.
