Regarding autopsies: When histology is examined, which it isn't routine, you see massive evidence of vaccine injury:

FROM: "On COVID vaccines: why they cannot work, and irrefutable evidence of their causative role in deaths after vaccination" presentation by Sucharit Bhakdi, MD and Arne Burkhardt, MD (December 11, 2021)

EXCERPT: A natural infection with SARS-CoV-2 (coronavirus) will in most individuals remain localized to the respiratory tract. In contrast, the vaccines cause cells deep inside our body to express the viral spike protein... Any cell which expresses this foreign antigen will come under attack by the immune system, which will involve both IgG antibodies and cytotoxic T- lymphocytes. This may occur in any organ.

CONCLUSION: Beyond any doubt, injection of gene-based COVID-19 vaccines places lives under threat of illness and death.

I was participating in r/covidvaccinated for a long time, as the shots were rolled out, and read so many adverse reports by people that clearly weren't being reported to vaers, even though the dr was attributing symptoms to the shot.

Reddit is provax so people weren't complaining about the shot, just commiserating about their experiences. As a retired ICU RN the thing that jumped out at me then was how it appeared symptoms were not being followed up with the depth I would have expected. It appeared being vaccinated increased the likelihood of a patient’s symptoms being attributed to "just a passing side effect" after ruling out something immediately life threatening.

So they'd post in the forum looking for help with symptoms or hope it will end.

I openly suggested they return to the ER but not tell them they were vaccinated, just present with the same symptoms. It would be an interesting study to see what happens.
