A few days ago in Oklahoma ... a judge ruled positively against school mask mandates ... got this info from Coffee & Covid (a lawyer in Fl worth following ... and lawyers arfe generally not my cup of tea :-)

I documented a fairly complicated strategy that I used to get my daughter out of New Jersey’s school mask mandate in a comment last week, but here’s a simpler technique that worked for me today. I was taking my daughter to the pediatrician for her annual physical. The message I received prior to the appointment stated that masks must be worn at all times inside the building. But neither my daughter nor I wore one.

I thought of it this way. If I own a bar, my policy can be to serve alcohol to people under 21 but I have to hope that no one reports me or that I don’t get busted because what I’m doing is against the law.

Likewise, the doctor’s *policy* may be to require masks but forcing someone to wear one is against the law (international human rights and bioethics laws). When asked to put one on, a polite and friendly “no thank you” is sufficient. End of conversation.

Steve,

This is an outline of what I’ve personally found to be the winning formula for fighting mask mandates. Unfortunately, when a majority of the population has been propagandized and socially engineered into a state of mass formation/psychosis, the following approaches DO NOT work! Arguments based on:

—Data

—Statistics

—Medical benefits

—Medical risks

—Threat assessment/efficacy

—Bioethics

—Human rights

—Totalitarianism/government overreach

—Common sense

As a Ph.D. In engineering, I’m accustomed to using these strategies to win debates on a variety of topics because, under normal circumstances, they’re irrefutable. But these obviously aren’t normal circumstances; these are Orwellian times where we (the awake) have all become Winston Smith.

And I know these don’t work because I’ve spent the last fourteen months trying to convince my family to take ivermectin and not get the jab. After conducting exhaustive research and making every scientific, medical and statistical argument imaginable, not only did I not convince anyone I was instead branded a conspiracy theorist and blackballed from my family!

This fall, I spent 1 1/2 months fighting New Jersey’s strict public school mask mandate, which even includes a clause that overrides the Americans with Disabilities Act. After all the above arguments failed, I finally won and my daughter can now walk around school without a mask and is able to look and act like a normal human being again!

The template for success is quite simple:

—A mandate is not a law; it’s merely a contract.

—The FDA’s website explicitly classifies face masks as medical countermeasures authorized for emergency use (EUA) which, by definition, deems them experimental. And therefore, in accordance with the Nuremberg Code, *require* informed consent, may be refused at any time, and must not be enforced via any form of coercion or threat of punishment or retribution. Further, the Declaration of Helsinki and Title 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(I-III), the former a Constitutional right and the latter a federal law prohibit the enforcement experimental medical countermeasures. Finally, UNESCO’s Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights—which is *legally binding* and applies to individuals, groups, communities, organizations and corporations, public and private—requires informed consent (which can be withdrawn at any time) and respect for the autonomy of individual persons to make decisions.

As I did to my daughter’s school, serve Martis Camp with a Notice of Liability and I’m pretty confident that you’ll be done having to put up with any more nonsense about wearing a mask. And I implore everyone else reading this to do the same thing and together we can put an end to this madness! (I can provide documents, resources, etc. if needed.)

I am also in NJ ... saw today (in Coffee & Covid substack) that a judge in Oklahoma ruled against mask mandates ... I am interested in being part of the solution (push back in NJ) ... my children were forced to quarantine/stay home/test due to ridiculous trace protocol while vaxxed kids were allowed to return to school immediately (without testing or restriction) ... I saw somewhere someone mentioning a 14th amendment challenge (equal protection and treatment) which makes sense for the arbitrary, ridiculous tracing and quarantine rules (which are just being used to punish, single out, discriminate the unvaxxed) ... the masking would be a different challenge then 14A since it is being applied evenly (though still ridiculous of course) ... as an aside, I also coach in the very same school district (part time out of district coach so not a full time employee) which gives me an interesting angle/view of things. They've emailed me twice now asking me to declare my vax status in order to "finalize their records" ... I ignore their emails. Something will eventually come of this but I'm prepared to make them force me out (just on the principal of not wanting to answer that question based on privacy - let alone the vax). Also learned that the school nurse accessed a state database during our recent "contract trace farce" (she was defined as a close contact because "she was sitting next to someone who tested positive and the classrooms are more crowded than we'd like") and since the nurse did not find my daughter on their database she asked me to provide her vax card, test after 5 days or just stay home for 10 days ... whereas a vaxxed kid in the same situation can go back to school next day with basically no requirements ... because ... SCIENCE #@!#!@!

I am non-confrontational but ready to pushback here in NJ ... also dreaming of leaving:-)

This seems really important to find out where this variant determination is coming from.

CF, I totally agree. I get my arse kicked out of places all the time for non-compliance. But there are hotels and restaurants that don't require it. Even where I live in commie Seattle. One place I go, I stopped the waitress when she brought the check. I asked her to take off her mask so I could see her smile. She did. I said I want you to know why I'm here. This place has never hassled me about masks or vaccines and I will always support a place that does that. She took the message to the owner. We have to let people know when they are doing the right thing.

Some of us in western Oregon and Washington are engaging in civil disobedience, refusing to mask and setting an example for others. The first time I wore no mask in Home Depot, I was the only one. Recently I spotted 6 other maskless customers. Supporters of medical freedom have been sharing their experiences on Twitter, and the consensus is that in most stores you will go unchallenged. Now there is talk of getting together in groups to shop together. ("Maskless Monday" has been proposed in the UK.) This will give the timid support to stop masking.

In the more rural eastern cities in both states, many people stopped complying long ago. Some never did.

I believe the best way to end the madness is through mass non-compliance. If asked to mask, decline politely. If asked to leave, be polite and leave. Eventually mass non-compliance will win the day.

My friend wrote on a blank business card, "Mask Exemption" in big bold letters, signed it illegibly, then wrote the name and number of a local clinic. When people ask him to put his mask on, he starts to pull out the card while saying, "Oh, I have a [totally home made] mask exemption."

It backs off about 90% of the mask police at stores.

Expand full comment
Dan's avatar

I thought about that (and for a while did the "Oh, I'm exempt" bit), but the problem (IMO) is that this is a "work-around" and not a direct facing off against absurd policies. I guess if it's something I _have_ to do I'd consider it, but when I'm patronizing someplace out of desire, not necessity, I'd rather be forthright about refusing to wear a mask. I'd rather just dialog with the employee and if they refuse to back down, explicitly tell them that I will not be patronizing their business.

This very thing happened in a local coffee shop recently. The town has a mask "recommendation" but the shop made it a mandate. The employee offered to get me a mask (eye-roll) and I said no. I pointed out that the town is not mandating it, but the employee said their business is. So I said "ok", turned around and walked out.

I wish, in hind-sight, I'd pressed a little more on the "why are you mandating masks?" and then I wish on my way out I'd said something more explicit like: "I fundamentally disagree with this mask mandate you have in here and therefore I'm choosing not to spend any money here. Furthermore, I'll be telling my friends, family and neighbors not to shop here anymore either. I really hope you rethink this mandate."

That's what I should have said. Ahh well, next time I guess.

Maybe its because I'm in FL, but I am no longer concerned about masks.... however I am concerned about forced experimental gene therapy (let's all make a pact to stop calling them vaccines? I feel like we can make a small impact, plant small seeds of curiosity & doubt when calling them what they ACTUALLY are in conversation). Apparently this is still a ridiculous issue even Floridians have to deal with - and im not saying this to rub it in anyone else's face who may live in a less-free state, I say this because if I am on the verge of losing my job due to forced, coerced unscientific experimental gene therapy in Florida, then ANYONE could face this terrifying & horrible issue. Ive not been productive, nor have I slept well in a month. My employer waited TWO MONTHS after this crap was announced by the Brandon administration before they decided to hop on the band-wagon. Why now?

Anyway, the only good that came of it was they posted it on our intranet, like Facebook, where people can post comments. 90% were against it. We all apparently had the same idea to reach out to eachother & come together in our own online community where we could strategize & offer support. Many of us who thought we were alone have now found a community of like-minded co-workers at least.

My employer wants to use the "Federal contractor" EO to leverage this to all of their US remote workforce (logistics & warehouses are exempt, for.... reasons? Still unclear). So healthy remote workers are super-spreaders but people in close proximity in a poorly ventilated warehouse are not. Got it.

There are so many more complicated & ridiculous layers to this issue but I dont want to drag this out further.... point being, the end-game is forced coercion of experimental gene therapy. Not masks. Those pulling the strings have a real hard-on for getting every single person shot and won't stop until then.... then they will change the definition of "fully vaccinated" again, requiring another booster and the games start over....

For many who have dodged the bullet for now, or whose employers have rescinded (likely due to pressure internally & perhaps legally) its only temporary. I suspect this will be attempted again.

This shit needs to stop NOW! the experimental quackzines are FAR more dangerous than the masks - although both are unnecessary & harmful.

PS. My employer suddenly backed off at the 11th hour.... (for context, my company is NOT a Federal institution, although we DO have 2 Federal legal entities - but they were trying to leverage the Federal EO on everyone regardless if you worked for or supported the Federal legal entities).

Sadly our 2 Federal legal entities are still being required, and anyone who supports them in any way. To be honest, the update is still just as convoluted as before.

Although I'm relieved right now, I still wholeheartedly feel that THIS is the end game. It seems to me that the totalitarian takeover is being introduced slowly- incrementally. Something extreme & ridiculous is announced... they feel out the reaction - if there's a ton of backlash, it's put it on pause & tried again later (after more social conditioning is implemented). Just my opinion.

There was NEVER any plan to go back to normal. Hell, ive still never seen evidence that a novel virus has been isolated, purified & proven to be the cause of COVID. Kochs & Rivers postulates have not met been and all authors of the original papers claiming they isolated a novel virus have since walked back those claims after being questioned. Even more damning is there are over 125 FOIA requests to health institutions in over 40 countries (including our very own CDC) requesting documentation of isolation without added genetic material and all came back NULL.

This is the largest psy-op the world has ever seen. The experimental gene therapy has a more sinister agenda behind it and the only way this ends is MASS NONCOMPLIANCE.

Refuse to participate. With masks, social distancing, everything. People clearly aren't thinking for themselves so the more of us who refuse, the more we influence others & begin to reverse this shit!

What if you said that you agree, but only if you can get an injection with an FDA approved covid "vaccine". And there's the trick because the one that's actually >wink< FDA approved (called "Comirnaty" because calling it straight out Commie Nazi was just too obvious)isn't available anywhere and the ones that are available aren't actually FDA approved. Why not make their catch 22 work for you?

This catch 22 was actually set up by Pfizer and the Feds because they want to force or nearly force you to get injected but Pfizer doesn't want to be legally liable for what results. If you're compliant enough to get injected with something that's only approved on an emergency basis (as is the case with all the actually available injections, then you, serf, cannot sue your Big Pharma masters.

Sorry, but I think all of the responses that I’ve read so far are too much “water through a fire hose” or too militant or too “in your face”.

The community you are talking about appears to be very expansive, having a large number of residents, families and guests. Think about how easy it is for a business or organization to take a very conservative stance like they are. If a “covid breakout” is traced back to their facilities at least they can say they did everything they could according to the health authority guidelines. However, if they were to have a no mask, no social distancing, etc. standard, and a breakout occurs there could be serious backlash on them. Good risk management says to go conservative.

The good news is that Martis Camp is private, which gives them some latitude on policies.

You won’t have any luck breaking down the door with all your stats and knowledge. It will actually have the opposite effect and make you a pariah. You need to soft pedal this. Either they are part of the hypnotized crowd and will require a very slow approach or you might find they actually think like you and very easy to speak with.

I suggest you start approaching the board members one:one. Doing a quick background search on a couple of the board members I was easily able to find where they live in Martis Camp, their personal email and mobile phone numbers. As you make your calls, remember that people buy on emotion and rationalize it with logic. Start with the logic so that they slowly come up to speed and then hit them with the emotional bits that will move them to change their position or at least compromise. At all costs, RESIST talking too much. As them simple questions:

@ I’m curious as to how much input the board has had on the mask policies here. Can you tell me?

@ How did you arrive at that decision?

@ Does the board continue to monitor data and evolve the policies as information changes?

@ Where are you getting the data?

@ Martis Camp attracts a lot of families. Have you seen the latest studies on the effects of mask wearing on young children and how intelligence tests for babies born during the covid-era have a 25% reduction in IQ on average?

@ You may be aware that there is a tremendous amount of misinformation on mask policies, such as when and where masks are appropriate, types of masks that are/not effective and psychological impact on people and especially children of not being able to read facial expressions: Would you like to see the most current peer-reviewed studies on mask wearing?

@ I’ve been completely absorbed on these topics and have surrounded myself with a team who consults with experts around the globe. I would say this team is second to none in the world on understanding the data about what is going right and what is going wrong when it comes to all of the covid related topics. Would the board entertain having me do a presentation summary of what I’ve found?

Volunteer to have a HVAC consultant who specializes in proper ventilation and possibly ultra violet light filtering visit their facilities to see what if anything needs to be done to ensure air is moving through the spaces. Suggest that some of the facilities have no masks so that people may choose what is best for them. After all, it is a private club so everyone has already signed a liability waiver. And have people who want mask free sign an addendum just for covid. I know I would gladly do that so that I could be mask free.

Finally, people will tell you that mask policies are there to protect the employees so don’t forget to address that.

Good luck!

or just don't do business with them. Why overcomplicate it?

Because houses in this private club cost $10M. That’s a lot of investment to just not do business with them. Try and reform them. We have to start somewhere.

Why would you invest that kind of money with an organization that obviously does not respect the principles that this country was founded upon, let alone your most basic human right? Walk away, you can't help people who don't want to be helped.
