Best advice my 100 year old grandmother gave me:

Sleep when you're tired and get sun in your eyes every day. Listen to your body. It knows.

She learned that from her grandmother who lived to 103. And her mother to 104. Simple

A lot of this illness could have been prevented or mitigated by just those two recommendations.

When I had delta that's exactly what I did. I just slept my ass off AND forced myself to get my eyes in the sun for 15 minutes/day that week. I slept that entire week away. That helps from a mental perspective as well.

It sucked, but it wasn't even close to having the flu...nowhere near it.

I think people 65 and under and relatively healthy are over-thinking this.

My only fear with 20 different steps in a treatment protocol is it may unnecessarily add to the FEAR.

Fear is the disease. It induces stress, disrupts sleep AND diminishes the executive function of your frontal lobe.

Just my two cents

Steve is the hardest working man in the truth business--and he never asked for the job. I had it in Jan 2022. It was the Darkhorse podcast that caused me to make sure everything was on hand for everyone in my family. Did everything Steve's doing except hydroxy and prednisone. Think about how many people Steve has helped! Wishing Steve an uneventful recovery.
