The online survey form would need measures to ensure data integrity (and thereby stamp out bogus entries) via a means to enable submission of accompanying date-inclusive evidence, which would need to be locked-in as mandatory.
Given the rates of autism in the USA alone, around 1 in 30, once word spreads, such a website would likely soon accumulate data from millions.
