Federal mask mandated voided by Federal judge in Florida
Each transportation company can still require you to wear it but the five largest air carriers have DROPPED the mandate! Passengers cheered upon hearing the news!

Even more stunning is that the single best study of masks (in Finland) showed, that if anything, masks made things worse and made you more likely to be infected (watch this Vinday Prasad video, it’s awesome).
So it was nice to see that a Federal judge in Florida ruled today that the CDC overstepped their bounds in mandating masks without even bothering to seek any public opinion first.
Update 4/18/22: Five largest air carriers drop the mandate!
Expect the Biden administration to appeal.
1. CDC is not able to write laws.
2. Mandates are not laws.
3. The POTUS also cannot write laws.
4. For any new law to be enforced, it must first be written and introduced as a bill, argued over and voted on, and ultimately (if a positive vote) must be enacted by president..., if federal law. None of this has transpired, in the USA, including in any state, so everyone must ignore these, "mandates". Then Americans affected by the mandate(s), who'd now have standing, must sue the entity requiring any such thing. THIS is how our constitution works.
Joe Biden, as well as CDC, are not royalty. None of them may decree (and expect folk to follow through) anything, particularly when an, "emergency order", has been overextended by 24 months. Emergency powers are good for 30 days, and may not be renewed, unless and until it is proven that something has happened making it more emergent. THIS has not happened.
Most Americans have been snowed. Most are fools. Most have no clue how, "our government", was initiated and meant to work.
None of these jerks are the boss of me (to boot!)
I’d boycott any business which mandates masks for its employees and customers from now on.
It’s about time we take a stand and put this dying monster out of its misery and kill it dead.
