I understand that, but as a former cop, we don't have the opportunity or control over how it is paid. Either you have cops and fireman or you don't. Take it up with the city/county or let people break into your house and burn it down. Then where are you after that?

Point is, anything paid by theft is paid by theft. You can like it or you don't have to. I don't.
