I sent a message to substack's "Contact" form. They don't seem to be responding to comments. My message:

There are close to 2,000 comments on this. Is substack going to respond?
The issue is not that you are hosting Eric Topol. I'm in favor of you hosting everyone, and totally supporting free speech.
The issue is that you have named him "Writer in residence", which says you think he has an important view, that what he has to say should be heard.
I strongly disagree with this, as do thousands of other readers. I see Topol as an authoritarian, part of the problem, not part of the solution. For example, he quickly closed comments on his first post. No other views are welcome, or worth discussing. My comment was respectful and substantive (or so I thought, anyway).
Please remove his "Writer in residence" title, and make him equal to all the other writers here.
I wonder what Substack's motivations are for promoting Topol?
-Did Pfizer subsidize Topol's "residency"?
-Did governmental authorities pressure Substack about allowing "anti-vaxxers," or whatever they're calling dissenters these days, to write on their platform, and Substack decided to cover their ass by promoting the establishment line via an establishment writer? Cf. the incident some months ago when Substack was accused of giving a platform to "transphobic" writers, and Substack solved this PR problem by giving an advance to an established trans writer to start a Stack.

His post about Omicron is live and specifically mentions a "pan-sarbecovirus vaccine," which sounds suspiciously similar to the pan-coronavirus vaccine that has been long dreamt of by Faui/Daszak, and discussed by David E. Martin among others. Sounds like another "poison death shot to me."
commented. but steve, please see this as the writing on the wall. numerous platforms have started on the "we love free speech" train, gotten passionate users, and then jumped course for some reason (overwhelming pressure from a powerful class?) you and your grateful readers may benefit from your own wordpress.
I added my voice to the thousands of others who have expressed disgust, disappointment, and outrage at this collusionary maneuver. My comment below:
“I am deeply disappointed that Substack would platform a disinformation-spreading propagandist like Topol when he already has a megaphone on BigPharma-funded Big Media and Big Tech.
“Substack, make this right and prove your commitment to truth, freedom of speech, and integrity by passing the microphone to the ethical scientists brave enough to expose the corruption of science, reckless anti-health measures, and outright deceit practiced by Topol and his ilk.
While I am very disappointed in Substack maybe this is an opportunity, as long as Topol allows comments. Maybe we can head over there en masse this month, and repeatedly call him out using information from good sources. Maybe this is a good chance to alert people who on some level are troubled by what is happening (Desmet's 40%) but could use a push. I will plan to read his posts and comment.

It’s happening to Substack, ProtonMail and DuckDuckGo, among others. We try to escape censorship, and Big Tech/the National Security State (one and the same) are quick to track us down and exert their dominion. But as they say: desperation is the mother of all invention, so we have to keep beating them at their own game.
Why won’t you stand up and debate Steve Kirsch regarding the covid vaccines? Surely you have taken a strong stand in defense of these vaccines, and if Steve Kirsch is pushing disinformation than you of all people should be able to prove him wrong. I’ll be watching for your response.
