This kind of registry was needed in the early 2000s when medical malpractice tort reforms were introduced censoring injured plaintiffs and giving secret immunity to doctors and dentists via medical indemnity insurers/ medical defence organisations. it was all in preparation for this COVID cull/ genocide.
A fire chief in our small city of 30000 souls on the Eastern Shore of Maryland tells me they're seeing a lot of strokes. He doesn't seem to think it's vaccine related. But he himself got something like Bell's Palsy from the JJ shot a year ago. Doesn't seem to get upset over it!
My dentist of 22 years, whose 2013 "cured cancer" returned with a "vengeance" (as I was told) in the fall of 2021. He died Nov. 18, 2021 - very quickly! While I'd seen a few in my high school class of '65 die over the years from war (Vietnam), vehicle wrecks, a disease now and then, during 2021 and the first few months of 2022, 21 people I'd known from my class of '65 (a parent, a sibling, and children of my class mates -- one 39-year-old son of a classmate who got the jab due to a mandate from is employer; and the 54-year-old daughter of another classmate who died at "peacefully but unexpectedly" at home). Friends tell me every day of someone they know who died of some type of cancer (mostly lymphoma), heart attacks and strokes. Another good friend - 57-year-old guy who'd just returned from a week of skiing at Sun Valley, who'd been jabbed back in August so he could travel to Europe -- died in his sleep; last e-mail from him the day before I learned of his death, noted he was organizing a fund-raiser for a band with who he often played. This is getting so heart-breaking!
A substantive 30-page criminal complaint for ‘Murder and Crimes Against Humanity’ that I filed with Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton in Jan ’22 has done little more than provide me with a small measure of cathartic relief. Would that I could have included a list of injured victims from within the State of Texas might have given it more weight?
After many years of occasional, unsurprising deaths in my extended family, the last year or so has seen several. Aggressive cancers returning, heart attacks, etc. Vax status unknown in most, but one for sure was. Nobody wants to talk about the DeathVax...

Because my husband killed himself seven years ago my doctor encouraged me to see a psychologist before Christmas a couple years ago. This woman has been double jabbed. She has had two strokes. My mother-in-law has had two strokes and wrecked her vehicle three weeks ago. My stepmother has had several falls and wrecked her car three months ago. These things are not normal! The 2 80 year-old woman in my life are the strongest people I’ve ever known!
My oldest son, who lives in Maryland, has been having some health problems but he doesn’t wanna get into it with me. Both of my sons think that I’m kind of weird because I don’t wear a mask and I have not taken a jab. I know it’s not pleasant but I’ve been smoking for 40 years, I never got sick.

She’s been trapped in her body, confined to a bed, unable to speak, move, swallow, for almost a year now.
I know several people who died from it, but their own families aren’t speaking out about it. Are these family members uninformed, unable to critically think, or in denial? As much as I’d love to report these cases, I don’t see how I can when the families will deny it.
They won’t acknowledge it because the doctors don’t! And they accept this? I have heard instances when doctors suspect the vax caused the death or severe adverse event but conclude “but there are no data.” Of course there are no data. The government and pharmaceutical companies don’t want to fund studies or report their observational data. To do so would be to lose profits. If doctors were to blow the whistle, they would be crossing the health industrial complex, and their careers would be ruined.
One otherwise healthy person I know fell unconscious on vacation and passed two days later. Family reported that heart attack and stroke were ruled out, but no cause of death was determined. She’d gotten all jabs and boosters.
Another got an aortic tear two days after getting the booster. The family and doctors had no idea why this happened, but it was NOT vax related (nothing to see here). If my loved one died soon after getting the vax, I’d write it in the obituary and be shouting it from rooftops. Why do people want to cover this up? The denying dishonors their loved one. “She was healthy and died two hours after her jab, geez we don’t know what happened; but we accept it.” 🤔
When will the truth come out, and when will the individuals responsible for mass murder (associated with the vax and/or withholding early covid treatment, and/or with authorizing the use of/administering Remdesivir and ventilators on covid patients) be held accountable?

I believe my 89 year old uncle in Launceston, Tasmania, Australia died suddenly in his garden after being vaxxed.
