It is also known as BA.2 and supposedly more deadly than Omicron. I figured they would create, release and/or cause an other one because (a) Omicron BA.1 is not dangerous, (b) the CDC is tracking 8 more variants they are not telling the public about, (c) Omicron BA.1 did not scare enough people into getting the vaccines recently and (d) something more deadly is coming once people let their guards down, especially those who don't wear the N95 mask. And remember Nobel Prize winner and French Virologist Luc Montagnier said over a year ago that THE VACCINES ARE CAUSING THE VARIANTS.
There's talk about a novel avian flu to be introduced soon in order to curry things along a bit. Food shortages, lack of fuel and a spot of bother dealing with fascist organisations in Ukraine are not enough to keep the fear going.
