My 43 year old neighbor, previously healthy as far as I knew, has seen her health take a massive turn for the worst. First due to various gynecological issues, had to have a hysterectomy. She gets over that? Rectal cancer. I haven't asked if she got the shots, but given that she recently took a job at a hospital...yeah.
