In fact, of all the methods I know about to significantly reduce your risk of getting COVID, this is my personal favorite.

The results were published in a peer-reviewed medical journal in 2022 and there have been no “notices of concern” associated with the paper like they do to papers that they don’t like (such as Mark Skidmore’s paper showing 278,000 American deaths from the vaccines in 2021 alone).
Instead of recommending masks (which do nothing), every health authority who wants to reduce their COVID cases should be recommending this.
As far as I know, not a single health authority in the entire world is recommending this despite the fact that healthcare workers have known about this for years.
Why is that? Because the CDC isn’t telling doctors to recommend it. It’s that simple.
